Director for Sustainable Development and Interaction with Metinvest Tatyana Petruk staff entered the list of 11 Ukraine’s 11 best HR-leaders. The company reported this on Wednesday, May 7.
It is indicated that this list is part of the magazine study of who is in the Ukrainian business. And the rating is forbided by Forbes Ukraine, along with Korn Ferry experts based on the recommendations of HR specialists and recruiter.
The press service said the purpose of the project was to determine the country’s most effective HR specialists and to spread their experience: how they cope with the lack of personnel, the burnout of the people, and the reunion of veterans. They reviewed the candidates for five criteria: change of change, strategic vision, human center, innovation and business thinking. HR-Director’s achievements for 2024 and part of 2025 are considered.
“The short list included the leaders for 37 hours. Of these, the jury chose the 11th. Among them-and director for sustainable development and contact with team staff Metinvest Tatyana Petroke,” the report said.
The short list of MHP, SoftServ, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, Privatbank, DTK, National Bank of Ukraine, Lifecell/Datagroup/Volia, Intellias, Metro Cash & Carry and Ukrnafta.
Earlier, Metіnsvest Rinat Akhmetov entered the rating of the best Ukraine employers – for veterans programs and retireing programs, offered by the University of Metіnvest Polytechnic.
Metіnsvest also took place in the ranking of Ukraine’s largest private business, with a revenue of UAH 270.5 billion in 2023, and entered the rating of the country’s best employers of 2024.
