Anti -Tobacco law disorders in cafes and restaurants were detected in 29 cases (or 80%) as a result of 36 non -scheduled inspections in 2025. It was reported by the state district service.

Advertising and stimulating the sale of tobacco products – 27.4%.
It is mentioned that 23 businesses applied financial penalties worth 1.1 million UAH, of which more than 650 thousand UAHs were paid voluntarily, another 3 thousand UAH -strained.
