The Mexican plant will continue to produce infiniti SUVs for other countries.

The Nissan motor car manufacturer said he will receive new orders in the United States for two Infiniti SUVs, made in Mexico, QX50 and QX55, due to new US duties, Reuters reports.

At the same time, the company canceled the previous plan to reduce changes to one of Nissan Rogue making Tennessee.

The compass in Mexico, launched along with the Mercedes-Benz, will continue to produce infiniti models for sale in other markets. Earlier it was known that these two Infiniti models were exported to the United States, Japan’s Nissan representative said some volumes were delivered to Canada and the Middle East.

Nissan experiences difficult times in the US market due to an outdated model line and a lack of hybrids. Recently, hoping to overcome the crisis, a new leadership was appointed to Nissan.

Remember, Trump signed a command to introduce 25% duties for cars that gathered outside the United States.
