The government will increase the support of Ukrainian national manufacturers and exports, Denis Shmygal has confirmed.
Exporting of Ukraine shows stable growth, and the agricultural sector remains the main component, making up more than 50% of the total. It was announced by government leader Denis Shmygal during a meeting on April 4.
Thus, last year, the export of Ukrainian goods increased by 13%. In March 2025, the positive dynamics of export growth continued – with 4.5% compared to March last year.
Shmygal added that the government will strengthen the support of Ukrainian national manufacturers and exporters.
He remembered that especially the program includedMade in Ukraine Provides UAH 500 million for compensation for the purchase of Ukrainian agriculture machinery.
“The state pays for farmers up to 25% of the cost of this procedure, if it is made in Ukraine. In general, for this year, we will provide more than 6 billion UAHs from the budget only to support the agricultural sector,” the prime minister emphasized.
Keep in mind that Ukraine’s most exported product in January-February became corn, whose part in exporting agricultural products was 26.5% and 16% of state exports as a whole.
We added that from the beginning of 2025, the export of Ukrainian grain has exceeded 30 million tons. From this amount of corn worth more than half – 15.3 million tons.
