Verkhovna Rada on March 25 in the first reading voted for Bill No. 13018 -D, which involves the creation of a new type of bank – a financial integration bank. This was announced by the People’s Deputy of the Ukraine from the faction, the voice of Yaroslav Zheleznyak on Tuesday, March 25.
“Rada supports the creation of” Post-Bank “based on UKRPOSHTA (the law in Fininclusion No. 13018-D) in the first reading,” the human deputy said.
The draft law was approved by 269 human representatives.
According to an explanatory note, the document suggests to introduce a new type of bank in Ukraine – a financial integration bank. It is assumed that he will perform activities based on a limited banking license.
The main task has been proposed to determine the service of customers who are currently not firmly accessing the acceptance of financial services (Citizens of Ukraine and Micro -Enterprises in areas near the War Zone, in the liberated territory, as well as social vulnerable population groups).
It is also assumed to provide banking bank integration of banking and other financial services exclusively to individuals, business creatures, public and charity, the volume of annual income from any activity which for the last year of calendar reporting does not exceed the value equivalent to 5 million euros, as well as state authorities and local government authorities.
It is advisable to limit institutional work to conducting operations in capital markets and set restrictions on the total amount of credit funds that a borrower can be given.
