Ukraine will have financial assistance of 35 billion euros as part of the G7 ERA credit initiative and the Ukraine Facility program.
The European Union will provide Ukraine with financial assistance in the amount of 35 billion euros by 2025 as part of the G7 ERA credit initiative and the Ukraine Facility program. This was announced by the Vice-President of the European Commission, European Commissioner for Trade Valdis Dombrovskis on the social network H.
The corresponding message was published after a meeting with the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko in Davos.
“The EU provides (Ukraine) financial support due to the G7 ERA and Ukraine Facility credit initiative in the amount of 35 billion euros for 2025,” he wrote.
Dombrovskis also added that he and Sviridenko “discussed expansions and measures aimed at getting closer to the EU Single Market.”
We remind you that the European Union provides 30.6 billion euros of budget support for Ukraine in 2025. In particular, 18.1 billion euros within the framework of the initiative of the G7 countries ERA from the income from frozen assets of the Russian Federation and 12.5 billion euros within the framework of the Ukraine Facility instrument.
