State will allocate at least S / 316 million fiscal box to provide a single bonus state workers, consisting of S/550. This was agreed upon in collective bargaining after a series of meetings between Civil servants with representatives of the executive branch.
The S/550 sole is a benefit that will be provided to all employees regardless of their mode of work; that is, those regulated by the Ordinance Legislative 276, D. Leg. 728, D. Leg. 1057 (CAS), Law 30057 (Service), Law 29709 (INPE), and Law 28901 (Diplomats). Together they make up to 565,000 employees.
All of this will cost the state S/316 million, Fernando Cuadros, former vice minister for employment promotion and job training, said through his networks.
The protocol, signed on June 30, also agreed to increase salaries workersFor this the state will allocate S/514 million every year, since the increase is constant. In this sense, the total value of what has been agreed is SGD 830 million, as provided for in the agreement.
Budget exceptions will be made to fulfill the collective agreement. The agreement also approved coordination with workers to develop the Public Sector Teleworking Act.
This is being done because as of 2023, this modality will no longer exist, and the new remote work rule does not contain many of the obligations that favor officials to use their own assets for work.
Below is a document of an agreement signed between the state and workers government sector.
