How long does payment take?
The law states that a withdrawal can be up to 4 UIT, i.e. S/18,400, but each payment will be made monthly for up to 1 UIT, which is equivalent to S/4,600.
The payment of the requested money to the PLF will be made in three installments as follows:
- The first pay up to 1 UIT (S/4600) will be provided within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after the request is made to AFP.
- Second payment up to 1 UIT (S/4600) from AFP accounts, will also be completed within a period of up to 30 calendar days.
- third depositif necessary, up to 2 UIT (SGD 9,200) and also delivered within 30 days.
Given these deadlines, disbursements of the money requested from AFP will only begin around two weeks of July.

Who can request withdrawal?
In principle, to request this money, an employee must be connected to a private pension system, where more than 7 million Peruvians are registered.
In addition to this condition, the law approved and promulgated by the Executive Branch does not establish any restrictions on access to the seizure pension funds.
Although it is worth mentioning that due to previous withdrawals, about 2.3 million affiliates of the private system could no longer withdraw money because they did not have money in their accounts.
