Getmantsev emphasized that he will insist on the inclusion of a bill to decriminalize Art. 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (distribution of pornography).
The head of the BP Tax Committee, Daniil Getmantsev, said that to date, 350 content creators on OnlyFans declared UAH 305.4 million in income, paid UAH 59 million in personal income tax and military taxes .
“The fact that the girls did not pay taxes on time cannot be a basis for criminal prosecution if the taxes have already been paid by law enforcement officers in this manner,” he said.
Getmantsev emphasized that he will insist on the inclusion of a bill to decriminalize Art. 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (distribution of pornography).
As you know, the Verkhovna Rada registered an amended bill on the decriminalization of the creation of pornographic content.
It was previously reported that more than 5,000 people from Ukraine who published content on Onlyfans earned $123 million from 2020 to 2022, but did not pay taxes, as this is impossible due to the law.
Let’s recall that in May 2022, the subscription service for erotic content OnlyFans transferred funds to the state budget of Ukraine for the first time. The amount was 305 thousand dollars, which at that time was almost 9 million hryvnias.
