The hryvnia exchange rate continues to decline against the dollar on the cash market. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with market monitoring data on Wednesday, December 11.
The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine increased by another 5 kopecks to 41.90 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate fell by 10 kopecks to 44.35 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 41.40 UAH, and euros for 43.65 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 41.67-41.69 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – so far unchanged compared to the previous day’s close.
Yesterday, the National Bank increased the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia on Wednesday for the second day in a row – 41.6119 UAH per (+0.1026 UAH). The official euro exchange rate is UAH 43.8215 (-0.0310 UAH).
The day before it became known that Ukrainian banks agreed on limits on transfers to cards. These will be reduced and will depend on the risk level of the client and if he has a proven source of income.
It was also reported that in November Ukraine’s international reserves increased by 9.2% (by $3.347 billion) to $39.925 billion. Their volume increased after the contract for two months.
