4 candidates for independent members of Ukrenergo’s supervisory board were agreed upon

The Cabinet of Ministers agreed to the candidacies of Patrick Greichen, Luigi de Francischi, Eppe Kofoda, Jan Montella.

The Cabinet of Ministers approved four candidates for the positions of independent members of the supervisory board Ukrainergo.

We are talking about Patrick Graichen. He worked for the Federal Ministry of the Environment in Germany.

Luigi de Francisci is a former top manager of the Italian energy company Terna.

Another candidate is Jeppe Kofod. He is a former Member of the European Parliament and former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.

Jan Montell is also the former head of the board of directors of Nord Pool AS.

We would like to remind you that the NEC Supervisory Board Ukrainergo decided to fire the head of the company, Vladimir Kudritsky. Act as head Ukrainergo will be Deputy Chairman of the Board Alexey Brekht.
