The average cash dollar selling rate increased to 41.65 hryvnia, and the euro exchange rate increased to 45.45 hryvnia.
The exchange rate of the hryvnia continues to decrease against the dollar and the euro at the exchange offices. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with monitoring data on Tuesday, November 5.
The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine increased by another 10 kopecks to 41.65 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate increased by 15 kopecks to 45.45 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 41.15 UAH, and euros for 44.75 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 41.43-41.47 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – an increase of 1 kopeck compared to the previous day’s close.
Yesterday, the National Bank raised the dollar to Hryvnia exchange rate for the second day in a row – 41.3954 UAH (+0.1063 UAH). In turn, the euro is worth 45.1417 UAH (+0.1737 UAH).
It became known the day before that in October the population of Ukraine bought about $1.4 billion. This is a record volume of money for 12 years.
It was also reported that in October the NBU increased the sale of dollars to the highest since the beginning of the year – more than $3.4 billion.
