The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine is 41.50 hryvnia, and the euro costs 45.20 hryvnia.
The hryvnia exchange rate is stable against the dollar and euro in the cash market. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with monitoring data on Friday, November 1.
So, the average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine did not change – 41.50 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate remained at 45.20 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy a dollar for an average of 41.00 UAH, and a euro for 44.50 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 41.22-41.24 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – a decrease of 2 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
Yesterday, the National Bank reduced the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia on Friday for the second day in a row – 41.2194 UAH (-0.0596 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 44.8467 UAH (+0.2117 UAH).
We remind you that on October 31, the National Bank kept the discount rate at 13% per annum. In the future, the regulator plans to use a regime of managed exchange rate flexibility and compensate for the structural deficit of foreign currency in the private sector, eliminating excessive exchange rate fluctuations.
It was also reported that in October the NBU sold a record amount of foreign currency in three months.
