The Main State Fund of Ukraine reported on the additional cost of the sale of the hotel “Ukraine” to the state budget and noted that LLC “Ola Fine” paid the object property in the amount of 2,511,777,888 hryvnias and further overexamined 502 35 5,578 hryvnia maximum allowance. The head of the company, Maxim Krippa, appreciates such loyalty to the production line and the future potential of the stainless steel market of Ukraine.
Maxim Krippa, Vlasnik LLC “Ola Fine”:
“For me, the admiration of the Hotel “Ukraine” is not from the investment, but from all the knowledge and importance of the decision of the people of Ukraine. I respect the need to support the country in time of war, in any way. The most importantly, we appreciate the fact that the privatization costs will be directed towards supporting the Defense Forces and maintaining the sovereignty of Ukraine.
We would like to remind you that on April 18th the first auction as part of the great privatization took place in the Prozorro system. The lot with a starting price of 1.05 billion UAH became Hotel “Ukraine”, one of the main symbols of Kiev, founded in 1961.
With the sale in mind, the new authority aims to maintain the main profile of the business and ensure social guarantees for workers for at least six months from the moment the power begins.
