The average dollar selling rate in Ukraine remained at 41.50 hryvnia, the euro exchange rate dropped to 45.10 hryvnia.
The hryvnia exchange rate stabilized against the dollar and strengthened against the euro in the currency market. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with monitoring data on Thursday, October 24.
So, the average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine has not changed – 41.50 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate has decreased by 15 kopecks to 45.10 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 41.00 UAH, and euros for 44.40 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency rate is at the level of 41.26-41.29 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – no change compared to the previous day’s close.
Yesterday, the National Bank lowered the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia on Thursday after two days of growth at the level of UAH 41.2739 (-0.0574 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 44.4355 UAH (-0.2726 UAH).
Earlier it became known that the NBU will set the hryvnia exchange rate in a new way. The regulator presented a plan for moving to a – daily – basket of currencies to establish the official exchange rate.
It was also reported that in October the National Bank sold a record amount of foreign currency in three months.
