The Cabinet of Ministers appointed Alexander Pertsovsky as the head of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia. The company’s press service reported this on Monday, October 21.
“The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on the recommendation of the supervisory board of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC, appointed Alexander Pertsovsky as the head of the company’s board for three years,” the statement said.
UZ recalled that Alexander Pertsovsky has been working at the company since 2020. Previously, he served as a board member and was responsible for passenger direction.
In turn, the former head of Ukrzaliznytsia, Evgeniy Lyashchenko, will continue to work as a board member until the contract with Ukrzaliznytsia is completed. In addition, Vladimir Krot, Orest Logunov and Anton Mishin were removed from their positions as members of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia.
We remind you that on October 7 it became known that the head of Ukrzaliznytsia Yevgeny Lyashchenko wrote a letter of resignation. At the same time, Lyashchenko became the head of Ukrzaliznytsia in March 2023. His terms of office will last two years, until March 2025.
