The Security Service and the National Police detained seven more henchmen of the Russian special services who burned military vehicles and Ukrzaliznytsia facilities in Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk and Cherkasy regions.
To carry out the tasks of the Russians, the defendants used flammable mixtures, and the fire was recorded on video, which they then “reported” to the Russian Federation.
Thus, the defendants hoped to receive “easy” money from their Russian curators. However, instead of the promised funds, the arsonists received suspicion from law enforcement officers.
In the Dnepropetrovsk region, two 16-year-old residents of the Nikopol region were exposed, who set fire to an Ukrainian Armed Forces vehicle and a relay cabinet near an important branch of the railway line. Before the arson, the defendants carried out “testing” tasks of the Russian curator, in particular, they painted “Z-graffiti” on the walls of buildings.
In the Cherkasy region, two residents of Uman, aged 16 and 21, were detained “hot on the heels”, who within 24 hours burned a multivan and an SUV of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which were undergoing maintenance after completing combat missions at the front.
In the Odessa region, three more young people were detained for setting fire to eight relay cabinets on railway lines.
Thus, the enemy hoped to disrupt the logistics of the Defense Forces in the direction of the southern front.
Currently, all detainees have been reported on suspicion (in accordance with the crimes committed) under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
