The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine remained at 41.50 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate fell to 46.20 Hryvnia.
The hryvnia exchange rate stabilized against the dollar and strengthened significantly against the euro in the currency market. RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to monitoring data on Wednesday, October 2.
So, the average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine has not changed – 41.50 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate has decreased by 25 kopecks – 46.20 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 41.00 UAH, and euros for 45.5 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 41.26-41.28 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – a decrease of 2 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
Yesterday, the National Bank increased the dollar to Hryvnia exchange rate for the second day in a row – 41.2476 UAH (+0.0277 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 45.7106 UAH (-0.4433 UAH).
Let’s recall that in September the National Bank increased the sale of foreign currency by almost 20% in the interbank market – up to $3.2 billion.
Also last month, the NBU left the discount rate unchanged at 13% per annum for the second time in a row.
