Users complain about the inability to restart their computers, mice, keyboards and USB ports not working.
The optional update for Windows 11 KB5043145, released last week, is causing problems on computers. This was reported by the 3DNews portal.
So, after installing the update, some users are faced with the inability to restart their computer due to the appearance of the Blue Screen Of Death or Green Screen Of Death. Additionally, some have problems with BitLocker recovery and drive encryption features.
Users complain about Windows loading endlessly and the recovery function starts automatically when they try to reset updates.
Other users have complained about mice, keyboards, and USB ports not working, Wi-Fi problems, and Windows Subsystem for Linux stopping working.
Microsoft has confirmed the problem. The company has withdrawn the release of the update and is looking into the complaints. Microsoft encourages users to submit reports through the Feedback Center.
Let’s recall that on July 19, a large-scale technical failure in Microsoft systems led to delays in the work of various structures in many countries around the world, including airports. Train carriers, media outlets, banks and other companies encountered technical problems.
