The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine fell to 41.50 hryvnia, and the euro exchange rate fell to 46.50 hryvnia.
The exchange rate of the hryvnia strengthened against the dollar and the euro at exchange offices. RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to market monitoring data on Thursday, September 26.
The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine decreased by 15 kopecks to 41.50 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate fell by 10 kopecks to 46.50 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 41.00 UAH, and euros for 45.80 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 41.18-41.21 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – a decrease of 5 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
Yesterday, the National Bank reduced the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia after two days of growth – 41.2647 UAH per 1 dollar (-0.1097 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 46.1958 UAH (+0.1544 UAH).
In the past, the dollar has risen for eight consecutive days and is approaching a historic high. In turn, the single European currency set a new historic record last week.
