The dollar stopped growing in exchangers

The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine decreased to UAH 41.80, and the euro exchange rate increased to UAH 46.60.

The hryvnia exchange rate strengthened slightly against the dollar after a long decline in the cash market. It was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to monitoring data as of Wednesday, September 18.

The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine decreased by 5 kopecks, to 41.80 Hryvnia, the euro rate increased by another 5 kopecks, to 46.60 Hryvnia.

Today, exchange offices buy dollars on average for 41.30 UAH, and euros for 45.80 UAH.

In the interbank market, the American currency rate is at the level of 41.47-41.49 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – an increase of 1 kopeck compared to the previous day’s close.

Yesterday, the National Bank increased the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia for the seventh consecutive day – 41.4100 UAH (+0.0509 UAH). Today’s euro exchange rate is 46.1245 UAH (+0.1166 UAH).

Earlier it became known that in August, Ukraine’s international reserves increased by 13.7% (by $5.096 billion), to $42.331 billion. They bounced back after falling for four straight months.
