The batch of wine located in the warehouses in Solonka belongs to Rust Ukraine LLC. The real beneficial owner of the LLC is the Russian vodka magnate and owner of the Russian Standard holding company Rustam Tariko.
Seized alcohol belonging to the company Rust Ukraine, associated with Russian tycoon Rustam Tariko, was put up for auction by ARMA. Among the lots are vodka and liqueur worth UAH 14.2 million. The ARMA press service reported this on Monday, September 16.
The auction is scheduled for September 20.
To ensure the effective sale of assets, ARMA divided the total volume of seized alcohol into smaller lots:

Lot No. 1: 163,268 bottles of different types of tinctures (starting price: 9,578,100 UAH)

Lot No. 2: 76,140 bottles of vodka (starting price: 3,966,600 UAH)

Lot No. 3: 14,646 bottles of champagne (starting price: 684,100 UAH)
As LIGA.net writes in connection with Prozorro.Sales, it is wine from Poland and Italy, stored in warehouses in the village of Solonka, Lviv region.
The most expensive lot with a starting price of almost 9.58 million UAH consists of 163,268 bottles of Żubrówka liqueur and Soplica liqueur.

The assets of LLC and JSC Bank Forward were arrested in the summer of 2022 at the initiative of the Security Service of Ukraine. The controller of the Forward banking group, which was dissolved on December 29, 2019, is also listed as Rustam Tariko.
In October 2022, Tariko was added to the list of sanctioned persons by the National Security and Defense Council.
ARMA also put 40 thousand liters of herbicide up for auction. The starting price of the lot is about 3 million UAH.
We remind you that ARMA discovered real estate and more than 100 million hryvnias in the accounts of the company and its director, who cooperated with the Russian intelligence services.
Also, more than UAH 2.2 billion from the accounts of online casinos associated with representatives of the aggressor state was transferred to the management of ARMA.
