The average selling rate of the dollar rose to 41.40 Hryvnia, while the euro fell to 45.90 Hryvnia.
The exchange rate of the hryvnia began to fall against the dollar in exchange offices after the increase in the price of the American currency in the interbank market. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with monitoring data on Tuesday, September 10.
Thus, the average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine increased by 5 kopecks to 41.40 Hryvnia, while the euro exchange rate decreased by another 5 kopecks to 45.90 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 40.90 UAH, and euros for 45.20 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 41.13-41.16 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – unchanged compared to the previous day’s close.
Yesterday, the National Bank increased the exchange rate of the dollar against the Hryvnia after reaching the lowest for the previous month – 41.0948 UAH (+0.0780 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 45.383 UAH (-0.1744 UAH).
Earlier it became known that in August international reserves of Ukraine increased by 13.7% (by $5.096 billion) to $42.331 billion. They rose up after being rejected for four straight months.
