In the interbank market, the American currency immediately lost 21 kopecks in price – 41.05-41.08 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
The National Bank of Ukraine significantly strengthened the hryvnia exchange rate against the dollar. The price of the American currency fell after three days of growth, according to data on the regulator’s website on Thursday, September 5.
The official exchange rate for tomorrow is set at 41.0890 UAH per dollar (-0.1876 UAH). The euro also fell in price, but not much – 45.5882 UAH (-0.0183 UAH).
In the interbank market, the American currency immediately lost 21 kopecks in price – 41.05-41.08 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) compared to the previous day’s close.
In the cash market, the dollar fell to the price of 5 kopecks – 41.50 UAH.
We remind you that in August the National Bank reduced the sale of foreign currency from reserves. The number of interventions has been minimal in the last three months.
It is also known that the NBU has introduced a limit on transfers from card to card. So, the regulator has declared war on “drops”.
