The revenues of Ukraine’s large and medium-sized enterprises increased by 49.7% in the first half of 2024.
The largest increase in income was recorded in Ukrainian agriculture, and losses were recorded in the entertainment sector. It is reported by the State Statistics Service.
The largest increase in taxable profit in the first half of the year (in January-June 2023) was recorded in agriculture, fisheries and forestry – 502%, education – 498%, professional, scientific and technical activity – 369%, construction – 103% .
The greatest increase in damage was recorded in arts, sports, recreation and entertainment – 951%, temporary accommodation and catering – 179%, information and telecommunications – 89%.
The revenues of Ukrainian large and medium-sized enterprises increased by 49.7% in the first half of 2024, compared to January-June last year, to UAH 619.6 billion.
Losses of enterprises increased by 10.6% in annual terms to UAH 128.4 billion. for the reporting period.
The financial result for taxation of large and medium-sized enterprises was positive and reached UAH 491.2 billion (for January-June 2023, also positive – UAH 298 billion).
The share of unprofitable enterprises for January-June 2024 is 25.7% (for January-June 2023 – 25.5%).
