It was noted that the money was spent on major repairs of mine factories, assembling coal faces, placing mines in tunneling equipment, as well as underground mine transportation and support of production facilities.
“The invested funds allow us to maintain the fuel reserves necessary for the operation of thermal generation, as well as to continue intensive preparations for the coming heating season,” the company said.
In this regard, the General Director of DTEK Energy Ildar Saleev added that the company is currently directing all available resources “both to the repair and restoration of thermal power plants, and to supporting them with the necessary fuel reserves,” recalling that 90% of the thermal generation capacities were destroyed or damaged by enemy attacks.
It was previously reported that since the beginning of the year, DTEK machine builders have produced approximately 800 pieces of equipment to support coal production, including nine tunneling and shearers.
