Russia has learned to avoid sanctions on its tankers – media

Tankers Pioneer and Asya Energy entered Russian waters in late July and engaged in some “deceptive shipping practices.”

A sanctioned Russian gas tanker was spotted near the Suez Canal while reloading gas onto a non-sanctioned UAE tanker. Retuers reported it.
