Since the beginning of 2024, the organizers of land auctions in the Prozorro.Sales system have earned more than 1 billion Hryvnias. This amount went to budgets of various levels thanks to more than 5.3 thousand auctions. This was reported by the press service of Prozorro Sales on Wednesday, July 31.
This year, the organizers sold non-agricultural plots of state and municipal property, as well as private agricultural land worth more than 497.5 million Hryvnias. The sale of confiscated lands brought in more than 188.4 million hryvnias. Income from the lease of various types of land plots since the beginning of the year amounted to about 358.2 million Hryvnias per year.
Since January 1, more than 1.2 thousand organizers have conducted land auctions in the system. Almost 7.4 thousand participants took part in the competition for land in e-auctions. As a result of online auctions, the price of plots increased by more than one and a half times.

More than 900 tenders are at the stage of closing agreements, which can add another more than 247 million Hryvnias to the budgets of different levels.

We remind you that the State Property Fund is selling a state-owned agricultural company with a hotel for UAH 43 million. The property complex includes buildings and land plots in Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions, in particular, a hotel in Kyiv with an area of 1.8 thousand m².
It was also reported that the procedure for the privatization of the state portion of the Ocean Plaza shopping center has begun.
