The dollar exchange rate has stopped depreciating at exchange offices

The average selling rate of the dollar remained unchanged – 41.30 Hryvnia, and the euro exchange rate fell to 44.85 Hryvnia.

The dollar exchange rate stabilized at exchange offices after a long decline. RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to market monitoring data on Wednesday, July 31.

Thus, the average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine remained unchanged – 41.30 UAH, the euro exchange rate fell by 5 kopecks to 44.85 UAH.

Today, exchange offices bought dollars on average for 40.80 UAH, and euros for 44.15 UAH.

In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 40.92-41.95 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – a decrease of 2 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.

In turn, the National Bank slightly reduced the dollar exchange rate against the Hryvnia – 41.0291 UAH (-0.0187 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 44.4181 UAH (+0.0126 UAH).

Let us remind you that last week the structural deficit of foreign currency was reduced in the interbank market – the NBU sold $784.63 million. This is 17.4% lower than last week.

Also, in the past week, the official exchange rate of the hryvnia strengthened against the dollar by 40 kopecks – to UAH 41.09.
