The leaders in grain collection are the Odessa region, the Dnepropetrovsk region and the Nikolaev region. While Ivano-Frankivsk region leads in terms of productivity with an indicator of 65.1 c/ha.
Farmers from all regions of Ukraine are harvesting early grain crops. In total, 15.7 million tons of new crops have been harvested from 4.403 million hectares. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food on Friday, July 19.
In particular:

wheat – 2,626.5 thousand hectares threshed, 10.3 million tons threshed;

barley – 824.2 thousand hectares threshed, 3.1 million tons threshed;

peas – 154.7 thousand hectares threshed, 319.3 thousand tons threshed;

rapeseed – 779.1 thousand hectares were threshed, 1.8 million tons of seeds were threshed;
-
soybeans – 0.15 thousand hectares threshed, 0.29 thousand tons threshed.
Farmers in the Kherson region began to harvest millet. 80 tons of seeds from 50 hectares have been threshed.
In terms of grain harvest, farmers in the following regions are in the lead: Odessa – 629.4 thousand hectares were threshed, Dnepropetrovsk – 544.2 thousand hectares were threshed, Nikolaevsk, where 527.5 thousand hectares were threshed.
While Ivano-Frankivsk region leads in terms of productivity with an indicator of 65.1 c/ha.

It was previously reported that farmers are predicting lower yields due to a dry May. After some time, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy improved the forecast for the grain harvest. The forecast describes a grain harvest of about 56 million tons. Of these, wheat – 21 million tons.
