On the morning of July 19, many Ukrainian organizations faced the problem of launching computers running the Microsoft Windows operating system and using the CrowdStrike Falcon software. The State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection reported this on Friday, July 19.
The affected organizations have fully or partially resumed their work.
Experts recommend using CrowdStrike’s instructions to quickly solve this problem:

Boot Windows into Safe Mode or Windows Recovery Environment.

Go to the C:WindowsSystem32driversCrowdStrike directory.

Find the file called “C-00000291*.sys” and delete it.

Reboot your computer or server.
The State Service for Special Communications recommends using the specified method until CrowdStrike works to fix the problem and not provide official information.
The department is also ready to provide advisory and practical assistance in problem solving.
