The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine increased to 41.05 Hryvnia, and the euro exchange rate increased to 44.60 Hryvnia.
The hryvnia exchange rate again fell slightly against the dollar and euro at the exchange offices. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with monitoring data on Thursday, July 11.
The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine increased by another 5 kopecks – to 41.05 Hryvnia, and the euro exchange rate increased by 10 kopecks – to 44.60 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 40.55 UAH, and euros for 43.70 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 40.84-40.86 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – an increase of 8 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
Yesterday, the National Bank reduced the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia after a historical high of UAH 40.7146 (-0.0516 UAH). In turn, the euro is worth 44.0776 UAH (-0.0070 UAH).
We remind you that the Cabinet of Ministers predicts a further increase in the dollar exchange rate. According to the Budget Declaration, in 2025 the average exchange rate will increase by 10% – up to 45 UAH/dollar. At the same time, the budget for 2024 includes an average exchange rate of 40.7 UAH/dollar and 42.1 UAH/dollar in December.
It was also reported that the cash dollar exchange rate increased for the fourth consecutive month. In June, it increased by 1.7% to UAH 40.85.
