The European Union, Japan, Canada and the IMF are the largest donors of budget aid to Ukraine at this time.
The total amount of attracted funds from the state budget of Ukraine for January-June of this year is $20.2 billion. The Ministry of Finance announced this on Monday, July 1.
It is indicated that for the first half of the year external financing reached $13.8 billion. The European Union, Japan, Canada, and the IMF were the largest donors of budget aid during this period.
The issue of government bonds made it possible to attract another 6.4 billion dollars equivalent to the state budget in January-June.
It is indicated that in June the volume of external financing increased due to a tranche from the EU of 1.9 billion euros (more than $2 billion) within the framework of the Ukraine Facility instrument.
The issue of government bonds made it possible to attract $1.4 billion to the state budget in June.
Overall, since the beginning of the invasion, international aid has reached $87.4 billion, and funds raised from the issue of government bonds have reached more than $29 billion.
We remind you that the IMF recently approved a tranche of $2.2 billion to support the state budget of Ukraine. The fund noted that the Ukrainian economy continues to remain stable.
