Agricultural producers in the Odessa region lead in the threshing rate of grain, and Ternopil farmers lead in yield.
Sixteen regions are harvesting early grain crops, and seven regions have begun harvesting rapeseed. The press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food reported this on Friday, June 28.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, 36.2 thousand tons of wheat were threshed from 36.2 thousand hectares, the yield was 31.2 c/ha; 545.7 thousand tons of barley from 145.8 thousand hectares, yield – 37.4 c/ha; 56.3 thousand tons of peas from 25.9 thousand hectares, yielding 21.7 c/ha. In total, 721.4 thousand tons of grain were threshed from 209.8 thousand hectares.

It is reported that the agricultural producers of the Odessa region lead in the rate of grain threshing (85.7 thousand hectares), and the farmers of Ternopil lead in the yield (78.1 c/ha).
