The hryvnia exchange rate fell slightly against the dollar and the euro at the start of the new working week. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with monitoring data on Tuesday, June 25.

The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine increased by 5 kopecks to 40.90 Hryvnia, and the euro increased by 10 kopecks to 44.15 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 40.40 hryvnia, and euros for 43.45 hryvnia.
In the interbank market, the American currency is now at the level of 40.58-40.61 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – a decrease of 2 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
The day before, the National Bank increased the dollar exchange rate against the Hryvnia after a decline for six working days in a row – 40.5505 UAH (+0.1027 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 43.5188 UAH (+0.2841 UAH).
The NBU also named the reasons for the growth of the dollar. At the same time, the regulator ensures that the situation in the Ukrainian foreign exchange market remains under control.
