Ukrainians will receive up to eight million in irreplaceable assistance to create a processing enterprise.
The state will provide up to eight million hryvnia of unpaid assistance to those who already have processing businesses or want to launch new projects. This was announced on Friday, June 24, by Prime Minister Denys Shmygal at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on June 24.
He recalled that this week the government had already adopted documents on the launch of the eWork program and announced three grant programs to support the creation of own business simultaneously.
“Today we are launching three more programs, aimed at creating new jobs, increasing the income of Ukrainians and developing our economy,” Shmyhal said.
Among them is a program of non -refundable grants for the creation and development of processing businesses. According to the Prime Minister, these could be businesses in the field of woodworking, furniture making, metal making, agricultural processing, manufacture of building materials.
“The grant can be spent on the purchase of equipment. The main requirements for recipients are the creation of at least 25 new jobs and the payment of taxes. People wishing to receive a grant must submit a working idea, a clear business plan and increasing their own funds for their business, ” – noted the head of government.
According to him, for first -time applicants, their own contribution under this program should be 30%. The state also provides additional opportunities to obtain affordable loans under the program 5-7-9 in the amount of up to UAH 16 million.
It was learned that the government this week presented six grant programs. This is the basis of a large eJob project that will allow anyone with the desire, skills and plan to start their own business, expand their small or medium business, and also start a new career. Recall that earlier the Cabinet announced a new economic strategy: the state will provide non-refundable funds to create thousands of new micro-enterprises.
