The second branch is will provide water to Nikopol, Pokrovskoye and Krasnogrigoryevka (Dnepropetrovsk region),” he wrote.
The length of the water pipeline is 77.9 km, the design capacity is 150,000 cubic meters. m of water per day.
“It is important to ensure drinking water from the Dnieper, with a constant flow of living water. Because due to the constant shooting of the enemy, access to the bed of the Dnieper is limited in many places, it was decided to take water from Zaporozhye,” Shkil. mentioned.
According to him, to ensure the supply of electricity to the water supply system, a 26-kilometer main and reserve power supply line for the 6 kV and 35 kV networks was also built. As an alternative (backup) power source, 2 diesel generators with a capacity of up to 1 MW are installed in each substation.
