DTEK repair crews have restored power to 12,000 customers over the past three days, who lost power after the Russian shelling. The press service of the energy holding reported this on Thursday, May 30.

It is indicated that in the period from May 27 to May 29, it was possible to connect to 17 settlements in the Donetsk region, which were subject to constant enemy attacks – artillery shelling, missiles and air strikes.
The energy company said nearly 70 teams are working daily on updates in the region. In some communities near the combat zone, power engineers have restored power dozens of times and continue to do so, despite the danger.
“DTEK energy workers are doing everything possible to eliminate the damage as soon as possible. They will start work as soon as they receive permission and access to the place of damage from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service,” added of holding.
