There are another 108 ships approaching the ports, where more than 3 million tons of products will be loaded.
Since the start of the work, almost 1,600 ships carrying 45 million tons of cargo have passed through the Ukrainian corridor in the Black Sea. This was announced by the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure on Friday, May 10.
“In almost nine months of operation of the Ukrainian corridor, about 1,600 ships have exported 45 million tons of cargo from the ports of Greater Odessa, mostly products of Ukrainian farmers for the markets of food to the world,” the message said.
It is indicated that more than 30 million tons of Ukrainian agricultural products were received by 38 countries.
Currently, another 108 ships are approaching the ports, where more than 3 million tons of products will be loaded for export.
Let’s recall that in April 2024, Ukraine’s maritime export exceeded that of February 2022. That is, our country was able to restore the main export route for its grain to the Black Sea. And the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been more effective in this regard than the UN and international negotiations.
