“The Donetsk region remains the zone of the most active clashes. The region is subject to continuous shelling, which continues to destroy networks and substations every day, electrical engineers managed to restore electricity to homes of 68.9 thousand families in the front line region,” said the report.
The Russians also intensified shelling south of the Dnepropetrovsk region. Here, within a week, repair crews were able to repair several damaged networks and restore electricity to 36.2 thousand consumers.
In addition, last weekend the Odessa region underwent another shelling. Power lines were damaged and 1.4 thousand customers lost power. Power supply was quickly restored.
“Electrical engineers are doing everything possible to eliminate the damage as soon as possible. They will start work as soon as they receive permission and access to the place of damage from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service,” said company.
