The hryvnia exchange rate stopped declining against the dollar and euro on the cash market. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with market monitoring data on Tuesday, March 5.
So, the average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine remained at 38.60 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate also did not change – 42.0 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 38.10 UAH, and euros for 41.30 UAH.

In turn, the National Bank yesterday increased the dollar exchange rate for the second day in a row – to the level of 38.3135 UAH. The euro exchange rate is 41.5433 hryvnias per 1 euro (+0.2798 UAH).
We remind you that in the past week, the NBU divided the sales in the interbank market – at $320.9 million. At the same time, the regulator has bought a record amount of money since November 2022.
It was also found that in February, Ukrainians reduced their currency purchases by a quarter.
