The State Property Fund of Ukraine will hold a privatization auction for the sale of the state-owned Lokhvitsky Distillery Plant in Zavodskoy, Poltava region. This was reported by the press service of the State Property Fund.
It is mentioned that the auction will be held in the Prozorro system. Sales on March 6, price offers accepted until March 5. The starting price of the lot is UAH 11.33 million.
The unified property complex includes 107 registered real estate units (industrial, warehouse, administrative buildings and structures). There are also 32 units of engineering structures. The total area of real estate is 28.6 thousand square meters. m, all assets are located in the Poltava region in the Mirgorod district.
In addition, the company has 21 units of transport and special equipment, including trucks, tractors, trailers and diesel locomotives.
The total area of the five land plots under the complex is 19.7 hectares.
As the State Property Fund notes, the facility’s property complex is suitable for many categories of investors, as production is subject to restoration. It is also possible to create a processing business based on a state enterprise or transfer a business from temporarily occupied territories.
