Sense Bank reported difficulties with payments

The financial institution advises its clients to avoid making repeated transactions.

State clients Sense Bank (formerly Alfa-Bank) is experiencing difficulties with card transfers due to technical problems. The bank’s press service reported this on Wednesday, February 21.

“Due to technical problems, there are now some difficulties with card transactions. This applies to payments using the Sense card at POS terminals, ATMs and on the Internet, as well as transfers,” said message.

The financial institution assured that the IT team is already working to resolve the technical problems, but advised clients to refrain from conducting repetitive transactions.
