The company’s mechanical engineers also manufactured and repaired 90 pieces of mining equipment.
Machine manufacturing enterprises DTEK Energy built the first two coal miners – a tunneling and a shearing machine. This was announced by the General Director of DTEK Energy Ildar Saleev on Facebook on Tuesday, February 20.
“The main thing is that in the difficult conditions of the war, the plant workers continue to contribute to the common cause. To support the miners and electrical engineers who, at the height of the heating season, is doing everything possible to ensure that Ukrainians have light and warmth,” he wrote.
In addition to consolidation, by the end of January, the company’s machine builders had manufactured and repaired 90 pieces of mining equipment, and also produced 67 thousand spare parts and components.
“This year, the miners’ work remains unchanged – despite the war, to maintain coal production at a maximum and sufficient level,” Saleev added.
