“On Saturday and Sunday, repairs were completed on two units of the nuclear power plant, and the units were put back into operation at full capacity,” the statement said.
In turn, the Ministry of Energy reported that the building of the thermal power plant was taken for short-term repairs. At the same time, there are currently 10 units of thermal power plants in reserve, which will be used as needed.
Energy experts say that due to heating, consumption is kept at a relatively low level for the winter. This morning, power consumption was 5% lower than the previous business day on February 9th.
Ukraine continues to export electricity at night and during the day to Slovakia, Poland, Romania and Moldova. The total volume is 2140 MWh, with a peak power in individual hours of up to 360 MW.
At the same time, electricity is imported during the day from Slovakia, Romania and Moldova. The total volume is 1243 MWh, with a maximum power in individual hours of up to 499 MW.
Let us remind you that last week in Ukraine they began to reduce the power of nuclear power units to carry out repairs. This happened against the backdrop of another warming.
