“Over the past 24 hours, emergency repair teams from DTEK Donetsk Electric Grids have restored electricity supply to more than 10 thousand houses in 16 front-line settlements in the region,” the statement said.
It was noted that the shelling of the enemy in the Donetsk region has not subsided. Air, missile and artillery strikes occur regularly. Therefore, networks and equipment are constantly damaged. However, electrical engineers immediately begin restoring power supplies as soon as it becomes possible and the military gives permission to carry out the work. There are more than 60 energy company personnel working in the region.
“Energy workers do everything possible 24/7 to ensure that every home has light. This way, together and through joint action, we can survive and win,” DTEK added.
We remind you that in January, DTEK electrical engineers restored power to 713 thousand consumers who were left without electricity supply due to the shelling in Kyiv, Kyiv, Donetsk, Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
