President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in his evening address said that the following were deputies to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky:

Colonel Vadim Sukharevsky will be responsible for unmanned systems and development of the use of UAVs;

Colonel Andrei Lebedenko will be responsible for innovation, namely the technological component of the army and combat systems.
The president also agreed on the candidacies of deputy chiefs of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
They were brigadier generals Vladimir Gorbatyuk, Alexey Shevchenko and Mikhail Drapat.
On February 9, the president decided on a candidate for the post of Chief of the General Staff. Instead of Sergei Shaptali, this post was taken by Major General Anatoly Bargilevich, who was the commander of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On February 10, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to resign Alexander Pavlyuk from the post of First Deputy Minister of Defense in connection with a transfer to another job. It is not reported what Pavlyuk’s new position will be.
He has been the first deputy minister of defense of Ukraine since February 2023. Before that, he was deputy commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky; commander of the group of forces and means of defense of Kyiv.
The media wrote that Pavlyuk could lead the Ground Forces.
