In the interbank market, the price of the dollar increased by 13 kopecks compared to Friday’s closing – 37.85-37.94 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
The hryvnia exchange rate fell slightly against the dollar on the cash market at the start of the new working week. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with monitoring data on Monday, January 29.
So, the average selling rate of the dollar increased by 5 kopecks to 38.35 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate did not change – 41.85 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices bought dollars for an average of 37.85 UAH, and euros for 41.15 UAH.
In the interbank market, the dollar exchange rate is at the level of 37.85-37.94 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – an increase of 13 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
Let us remind you that on Friday the National Bank sharply increased the dollar exchange rate to 37.7811 Hryvnia (+0.1986 Hryvnia). Today’s euro exchange rate is 41.0567 UAH per 1 euro (+0.1406 UAH).
It is also reported that the NBU is reducing the sale of dollars for four weeks in a row. In the period from January 22 to January 26, the lowest amount of money was sold in the interbank market since the beginning of 2024.
