Payments for employees of the three mining and processing plants will be made in the first quarter of 2024, the company said.

The Swiss mining company Ferrexpo AG will pay an annual bonus in the amount of average monthly income to employees of enterprises in Ukraine. Ukrainian News reported this on Thursday, January 18.

We are talking about the enterprises Poltava GOK, Eristovsky GOK and Bilanovsky GOK. Payments to employees will be made in the first quarter of 2024.

The company said that in 2023, Ukrainian businesses maintain a stable average income for all their employees.

We are grateful for the dedication and hard work of our employees and we are committed to rewarding them for their contribution to the success of Ferrexpo. Even under the harsh conditions of war, the company maintained competitive wages for employees. In addition, in January 2023, each employee also received an annual incentive for work in 2022 to support financial stability,” said HR Director of Ferrexpo in Ukraine, Yulia Klevova.

Earlier, foreign media recognized the main problems of Ukrainian metallurgists. In their opinion, the only small bright spot for the metallurgical industry is the growth of domestic demand in Ukraine.
