The exchange rate of the American currency on Thursday was reduced to 37.89 UAH, and the euro was worth 41.21 UAH.
The National Bank of Ukraine again reduced the exchange rate of the dollar after two days of its slight increase. This was confirmed by data on the regulator’s website on Wednesday, January 17.
The official exchange rate for Thursday is set at UAH 37.8977. for 1 dollar (-0.0270 UAH). The euro exchange rate tomorrow will be 41.2100 hryvnia per 1 euro (-0.0748 UAH).
Today in the interbank market the American currency exchange rate decreased by 3 kopecks – to 37.89-37.92 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
In the cash market, the dollar exchange rate fell further – by 15 kopecks, to 38.60 UAH/dollar.
Let us remind you that in the past week the dollar exchange rate has decreased significantly and fell below 38 Hryvnia in the interbank market. The reason for this is the decrease in the foreign currency deficit, which is why the National Bank reduced the sale of dollars.
